采用齿状刀滚剪切的方式，优化了刀与主轴受力状况，减少能耗。采用摆线针轮减速器或硬齿面减速机，其承载能力大、效率高、噪音低、使用寿命长等。采用耐磨合金刀，可反复刃磨，延长刀具使用寿命。刀具维修拆卸修磨、安装方便。
